$220K helps Franklin lower property tax bills (New Jersey Herald) - FRANKLIN -- There is good news for Franklin Borough taxpayers. About two weeks ago, the borough received news that it will receive $220,000 in extraordinary aid. Since all of the money must be used for property tax relief, borough residents will see a decrease in their tax bills this November.
